In the Name of God Amen, I John Noble of the State of Tennessee and Robertson County being of sound mind and memory but weak in body doe make and publish this for my last will and testament

First I bequeath and five to my dear Son Wm Noble of Kentucky the tract of land whereon I now live containing Seventy five acres after my death I also give and bequeath to the said Wm Noble all my stock of Horses Cattle hogs and Sheep and all my house hold furniture of Every kind that may belong to me at my death, I also bequeath to my Son Wm Noble all the money that I may have, and all the debts that may be due me at the time of my death, and request my Son Wm Noble to pay all lawful Debts that I may owe, after my death and also request my Son Wm Noble to pay to Mark Noble one dollar, Doril Noble one Dollar, and to each of my daughters - Rachel and Mary one dollar each, and I also bequeath to my Son Wm Noble my Negroes Edward Easter and Joshua after my death.

This I John Noble doe acknowledg and Publish to be my wish and last Will and testament.

In Witness where of I have set my hand and Seal this 19th day of October One thousand eight Hundred and nine.

At Robertson August Court 1810 - The within will of John Noble Deceased was presented in Court and Proved by the oaths of the two Subscribing Witnesses. Ordered that the same be Recorded
